Crypto exchange admin panel

The crypto exchange admin panel your operations team works in every day

One back office for users, verification, money movement, markets, fees, content and the services that keep the exchange running. Each staff member sees only the sections their role allows.

Dashboard

See the state of the exchange in one screen

The dashboard shows trading volume, new users, deposits and withdrawals for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with a chart you can read by hovering or with the arrow keys. Volume is counted once per trade and converted to USD, so numbers stay comparable across markets.

Next to the charts sits the list of things that need a person: crypto and fiat withdrawals to approve, fiat deposits to confirm, KYC documents to review and unanswered support requests. It is the first thing your team checks each morning.

Volume

Trading volume in USD per day, with top markets.

Users

Sign-ups and verified users over the period.

Funds

Deposits and withdrawals in USD.

Needs attention

Queues waiting for staff, one click away.

Users and KYC

Users, verification and account control

User management

  • Search by email, name or user ID; filter verified, unverified, blocked or staff
  • Edit account details and roles from one page with one save button
  • Block or unblock an account
  • Pause withdrawals for 24 hours up to 30 days, or lift a security hold
  • Reset two-factor authentication after an identity check
  • Assign a fixed VIP level or referral tier, with an end date and a note

KYC review

Each submission opens in a review window with tabs for the front, back and selfie photos. Approve it, or reject it with a ready-made reason or your own text. The user sees the reason and can submit again. Sumsub can be connected to run the checks automatically instead.

Money movement

Deposits, withdrawals and treasury

Most support tickets on an exchange are about money that has not arrived. These tools let your team answer them quickly.

Withdrawal approval

Approve or reject withdrawals waiting for review, with the user and destination address in view.

Deposits that need review

Deposits the system should not credit on its own wait in a separate list.

Missing deposit lookup

Check a transaction hash a user sends and see why it was not credited.

Fiat

Confirm bank transfers and card payments, and manage the bank accounts shown to users.

Cold storage rules

Move funds above a threshold from the hot wallet to an offline address automatically.

Vouchers

Generate single-use codes worth any coin for promotions or compensation.

Markets and coins

List coins and markets without a developer

  • Add a coin or token, its logo, its networks and contract addresses
  • Deposit and withdrawal switches, minimums and fees for each network
  • Create markets with price and amount steps, minimum and maximum order size
  • Switch buying, selling, cancelling, futures, options or liquidity on or off per market
  • Halt or hide a market instantly
  • Live last price, 24-hour change and volume next to every market
Fees and growth

Fees, VIP levels and referral tiers

Fees live in the VIP schedule: for each level, spot and futures maker and taker fees, a daily withdrawal limit, and what it takes to qualify (trading volume or assets). Users move up automatically; you can also place a partner on a level by hand.

The referral program has its own tiers with commission rates for up to three levels of invited friends. Top referrers and their earnings are listed on the same page.

Staking products, launchpad sales and airdrop campaigns are managed from the same Earn section.

Content and support

Pages, news, translations and support

Pages and news

Edit legal and help pages in a visual editor or as HTML, with a separate version for each language and a search result preview with title and description counters. Publish news and announcements per language, with covers and featured posts.

Translations

Each language shows how much is translated. Open it to see missing and edited strings and change any text the users see, without touching the code.

Support inbox

A two-pane inbox with the request list on the left and the conversation on the right. Quick-reply chips speed up common answers, and the user gets an email and a push notification when you reply.

Operations

Reports, service health and settings

Reports

Trades, deposits, withdrawals, fiat, futures, funding, options, staking, launchpad, referral commissions and transfer fees each have a report with filters. Finance and compliance reports export to CSV.

System monitor

One health status for the platform, with checks for background workers, blockchain connections and services. Error details that could expose secrets are masked before they reach the page.

Market services

Every background service, such as liquidity, order processing, futures and bots, with its status and last heartbeat. Start, stop or restart a service from the browser. Only known services can be controlled, so the page cannot be misused to run commands on the server.

Settings

General, trading, security, email, SMS, captcha and provider settings in sections, each with its own save bar. Secret keys are masked on screen and kept unchanged unless you type a new one.

Roles

Give each person only what they need

Staff accounts get roles instead of full access. A support agent who answers tickets does not need to see settings, and the person approving KYC does not need to change fees. Sensitive sections such as VIP levels, cold storage and bots are reserved for super administrators.

The admin panel has its own sign-in page, separate from the user site, showing the visitor's IP address and a warning when the connection is not encrypted.

User editor

Accounts, roles and VIP overrides.

Assets editor

Coins, markets and market services.

P2P support

Appeals and P2P orders only.

Super admin

Everything, including the most sensitive settings.

FAQ

Crypto exchange admin panel questions

Can I try the admin panel?

Yes. Sign in to the live demo with the prefilled account, which has admin rights, and open the control panel.

Can staff have limited access?

Yes. Roles control which sections each staff member sees, and the most sensitive sections are for super administrators only.

Can I approve withdrawals by hand?

Yes. Withdrawals can wait for approval, and deposits the system is unsure about go to a review list.

Do I need a developer to list a new coin?

Not for supported networks. Add the coin, its network and contract address and create markets in the admin panel. A new EVM network needs one line of configuration.

Can I export data for accounting?

Yes. Finance and compliance reports export to CSV, and every other report can be filtered by date, user and market.

Does the admin panel work on mobile?

Yes. The sidebar turns into a drawer on smaller screens, and lists switch to card layouts on phones.
